As a first time home buyer, it was a pleasure to deal with Kevin. He was able to answer all my questions quickly and at the odd hours I required, due to my late work schedule.
I required the entire process to be done "virtually" as I was on a job site 1000 km away, and Kevin was very accommodating, with scheduling of home inspections done via video call to being present on my closing day (as on video call) as I was unable to be there in person.
A couple hiccups presented themselves during the process, and he was able to get them sorted out with my mortgage broker without issue.
Kevin's role didn't end at the closing date, I believe he went above and beyond, and was able to check on my house every couple days to ensure the heat and water were still functioning, until I was able to take possession of the keys myself.
I would recommend Kevin in the future without a second thought.

Where to begin, everything happened so fast in the best ways possible. We initially reached out to Kevin of The Gregory Team with Royal LePage to take a look at a house he had listed. Surely, we wouldn’t buy this house as it was the very first house we were going to see, I mean you should shop around right? Well, we didn’t! We instantly fell in love! But of course appearances aren’t everything and we did have some questions to ask. Kevin had all the right answers, about the house, the neighbourhood, proximity to amenities, and when he seldom didn’t he was sure to find out. Barbara helped us move up our possession date with ease which was well appreciated because moving in in a Manitoba November wasn’t getting any warmer.
